As Executive Vice President of Utilities at Dudley Utility Services, Garrett Gill leads the company's utility services division. He drives growth, operational excellence, and client relationships across electric transmission and distribution, gas distribution, telecommunications, and related infrastructure. Garrett brings more than 25 years in the utility, energy, infrastructure, and land services industries. Garrett started in oil and gas before moving to the utility side, where he found the work he cared about most: building the infrastructure that powers communities. Since then he's led utility-scale infrastructure programs, right-of-way initiatives, land operations, and business development, and he's built multi-disciplinary teams across the country. He builds strong teams and earns long-term client relationships through real expertise and a service-first approach. A U.S. Army veteran, Garrett served for more than a decade, including service as a Presidential Honor Guard. The leadership and commitment to service he learned there still shape how he works today. Outside the office, he spends his time with his wife, Tierra, and their growing family, fishing, serving his community, and helping others grow personally and professionally.
